The Cheese has moved!
While we're all stuck at home, trying to survive this COVID-19 pandemic, I just re-read the book, "Who Moved My Cheese?" By Spencer Johnson.
It's a little book with a simple, yet profound, message. I first read it years ago, but I re-read it this week, because it's so relevant to this current crisis.
Please watch this short video about the impact of COVID-19 on nonprofit fundraising.
Is there a risk in assuming that this crisis will be short-lived and we'll soon be back to doing things exactly as they were before?
What if this is a more permanent shift in the landscape, and the impact may last for a year or more?
How would that change the way we would proceed?
